I no longer want my item; can I cancel it?

You may be able to cancel the order until it is not confirmed. Please visit the My orders section and select the order you want to cancel. Click on the button “Cancel Order” next to the order to cancel it. If you do not see the button and you still wish to cancel, please send us through any of our Channels to assist you.

Can I place an order? Will Roza deliver the package?

Yes, Roza deliveries are currently continuing. Please do not use delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed due to the current situation (e.g., offices). We are working around the clock to ensure the availability of these products and continue to bring on the additional capacity to deliver customer orders. We are continuing to deliver all available selections to our customers.

How can I track my shipment?

I received my item without a TAX invoice. Could you provide it? ?

Yes, you can print or download invoices for orders sold and fulfilled by Roza by following the below steps: Go to Your Orders. Find the order for which you need to print or download your invoice. Click Order Details, then choose Invoice. You can now print your invoice. If you placed an order with a third-party seller and the invoice was not available at the time of delivery, please reach out to our customer service team and they will contact the third-party seller to convey your request.

What is Rozadoing to keep customers and employees safe during the pandemic? ?

We are closely monitoring the impact of COVID-19. In addition to the thousands who are affected by the illness, thousands more are indirectly dealing with changes in their work, school, and community environments and we are doing our best to help them adapt to any changes they have to face.

What is Roza doing about price gouging?

There is no place for price gouging on Roza. We can confirm that we do not engage in any sudden increase in pricing. Lower priced offers are quickly selling out, leaving higher priced offers from third-party sellers. We are actively monitoring our website and removing offers that exceed the recent average sales price.

Is it safe to receive orders? ?

We always prioritize the safety of our customers and our delivery associates. We will continue to deliver only where it is safe to do so. For guidance on COVID-19, please refer to the World Health Organization.
